We want to make your online shopping experience as quick and easy as possible. With this in mind we have two delivery options; Click and Collect from a preferred TLC store or get it delivered to a nominated postal address.
Please consult your order confirmation email for the delivery of your order. Most orders placed through our site will be available for collection/delivery usually within 48 working hours of receiving your order. However, some items or quantities require us to place extra orders with our suppliers. In the event an item ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted via email or phone to advise you of the estimated delivery time/collection.
Delivery can take between 3 – 10 business days from date of dispatch. If a delivery fee applies, it will be displayed on the checkout page prior to you submitting your order and on your invoice. Regional and country delivery may incur an additional charge. Please note severe weather conditions may also impact the duration of the delivery.
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, there may be some delays in delivering your order to you. Couriers are greatly impacted by COVID-19, but we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can in the safest way possible. For this reason, we cannot offer express delivery at this time.
The Lucky Charm Pty Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential arising out of the misdelivery, delayed delivery, failure to deliver or damages that may occur during delivery.
Place a Click and Collect order online and choose your preferred store for collection. You will be notified via email or phone once your order has been collated and ready to be picked up. When collecting your order from the store, please bring a copy of your invoice, order confirmation as proof of purchase. Your order can only be collected from the selected store.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on products that are faulty or incorrect.
All we ask is that returned items must be unused and in it's original packaging.
If you have a change of mind, please contact us and we will decide whether a refund or exchange is available at our discretion.
Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.
